Welcome to the Mirador 1000, one of SoBes most popular and well-established condo buildings. Unit 506 is located on the 5th floor, just a few doors down from the laundry facilities. Originally a studio, this unit was converted to a 1-bedroom but can easily be converted back. Unit is mostly in original condition, though it does offer the benefit of having good closet space and high impact, sliding glass doors that lead to the sizable balcony that faces east. Although the unit isnt waterfront, it does welcome the beautiful, morning sun and allows you to take in the real and casual SoBe feel. The Mirador 1000 is a very popular building for many reasons, including its amenities: beautiful pool area overlooking the Intracoastal, boat dock, gym, convenience store and general atmosphere.
